How this is worked out

Contents: the 1st Anniversary Resource Pack was given to players at in-store events in July and September 2026 and holds one of 8 resource cards at random, per Bandai's 1st Anniversary campaign page. Bandai doesn't publish the odds, so each card counts as 1 in 8.
Prices are TCGPlayer market prices for Near Mint English cards. Selling a card costs fees and postage, so it is worth less than this to someone opening packs to sell.
The pack isn't sold at retail, so there is no MSRP: the sealed price is what unopened prize packs resell for.

Saturday 10th October 2026

New EV Tracker tab: what each starter deck (ST01–ST14, except ST09) is worth opened, card by card, against what the sealed deck sells for: the 50-card deck, tokens and resources at market prices plus the bonus pack, a chart of the sealed price against that card value over time with the premium or discount, and what each bonus pack can hold. It replaces the old EV Tracker under Compare, whose charts all live in the "Is the booster box worth it?" guides. Some decklists are player-posted (no official list exists yet); those pages say so.
Light theme: the sun / moon button at the top of the page switches between dark and light. Your choice is remembered on that device; dark stays the default.
Search from the front page: Market Overview now opens with a search box over every card and sealed product.
Menu: the row of tabs is now a menu, under the button at the top left.
Sortable tables: click any column header in an Insights or EV Tracker table to rank by it (click again to flip).
Booster box guides: "Where the value is" now ranks rarities by their share of the set's value, and the rarity pie no longer gets cut off.
Weekly market report: now covers the last full week. The first report (5 October) compared part of a week against full weeks, so its sales looked far lower than they were; it has been redone.
Creator Watch: card names in a video's summary open the card's popup, and the newest videos are now summarised first.

Friday 9th October 2026

New Insights tab: guides built from the daily prices and sales — the most expensive cards overall and per set, alt-art lists with the cost to collect them, and an "Is the booster box worth it?" page for each set with the box's price and sales, the set's singles value, where the value sits by rarity and every card in the set. Click any card in a table for its popup, and use ‹ › to step through that table.
Weekly market report: every Monday, the week's biggest risers and fallers, most traded cards, booster box moves and volume spikes, with a short write-up of each.
Creator Watch: the latest videos from Gundam Card Game YouTubers, including Japanese channels and Bandai's own, summarised in English with timestamps, the cards they mention (linked to their prices) and scores for market, competitive, beginner and info content. Summaries are written by AI and opinions are the creators' own.
Card popups: the ‹ › arrows for stepping to the previous or next card now sit on the edges of the popup instead of the edges of the window, and they're bigger and easier to spot. The one you can't use at the start or end of a list is greyed out.
Card pictures: new starter decks (ST11–ST14) launched on TCGPlayer with some cards showing another card's art. Recent card art is now re-checked every night, so corrections reach the site within a day, and products listed before their art was ready keep being retried until it appears.
Market Overview: fixed a bug where the 1 week copies-sold and sales-value figures counted two weeks of sales instead of one. The 3 and 6 month figures were also including one extra week.

Card, sealed and set pages: every card, sealed product and set now has its own page and address, e.g. gdcards.com/cards/gd01-100-a-show-of-resolve, gdcards.com/sealed/gd01-newtype-rising-booster-box or gdcards.com/sets/gd05. They open straight to that card, product or set, show its picture when the link is shared, and help people find the site through search.
Card popups: singles now show the card's effect text, with keywords (Blocker, Repair, Breach…) and timings highlighted, plus its link condition and zone.
Printings: cards with more than one printing (alt arts, promos, reprints) list them all at the bottom of the popup with their prices. Click one to switch to it.
Readable links: links to a card now use its card code, set and version, e.g. #singles/card/gd01-100-gd03-sp-u+. Older links still work.

Friday 25th September 2026

New name and address: the site is now GDcards.com at gdcards.com. The old gundam-tcg.pages.dev link still works. If you signed in with Discord, sign in once more on the new address and your watchlist and decks will come straight back.
Market Overview: the Highlighted Buyouts table has been removed, so the page loads faster. Volume spikes are still on the Buyouts tab.

Saturday 19th September 2026

EV Tracker: the set's rarity breakdown can now be shown as a table as well as the pie chart — each rarity's share of the set, what those cards are worth, and their 1 month price move. Click a column heading to sort it.
Sealed, Singles and Buyouts: a new Gallery view shows every product as a picture with its name — click one for the usual price chart and stats. Your search, filters and sort all still apply, and the Table button switches back.
Card popup: rearranged — the price chart and a bigger product image sit at the top, with the card details, price stats, 52-week range and PSA data below them. The chart is always the same height, and the image is capped to match it.

Market Overview: the market cap and value-traded charts have moved to the bottom of the page, so the biggest movers are the first thing you see.
Market Overview: now opens on a 1 week period with a $1+ minimum price.
Market Overview: Highlighted Buyouts now lists only volume spikes above 1.5× the trailing average — fewer rows, all of them meaningful.
EV Tracker: added a 1W % column to the set card table.
Charts: dollar axis labels now use consistent decimal places ($1.0, $1.4, $2.0).

Compare tab: added a Metric selector — compare products by price, % return, drawdown from peak, cumulative units sold, or cumulative dollar volume.
Compare tab: new X-axis options — calendar dates, days since first sale, or days since release. In the release view, pre-sale weeks sit left of the launch line and % return is measured from the release price, so you can see how each box traded before and after launch.
